Time out in Saimaa

We offer a private break from everyday life to everyone who thinks they need it. On vacation, there is only you or you and your friend or spouse..

Whatever the reason, we offer you a private holiday surrounded by Finnish nature. You can just relate and forget everything related to everyday life for a while!

We will tailor a vacation for you exactly to your needs, and you can choose the content of your vacation, e.g. from the following options:

• You can just layback and relax in your own peace
• Yoga, yoga therapy, meditation, different relaxation excersices
• Birdwatch trips, fishing trips, and canoe trips at Pihlajavesi
• During winter times you can go skiing, ice fishing from a hole or with a net
• Animal therapy effectively relieves stress. Our lovely sheep, Lotta, Venla, Heluna, Evelyn and Reetta, offer a soft shoulder. And 8 country chickens will wake you up to a wonderful morning.
• Reading. We have wide library approx. 4 000 books, also in English
• You can take a sauna, swim, snorkel in clear watered Saimaa during the summer time and of course ice swim during a winter time
• You can go mushrooming, berry picking and go camping in the near by forests

For extra payment

• We can take you to shoot at either the shotgun or rifle range at the nearby Pakkaspirti shooting range.
• Car trips, we can take you to explore the surrounding area, e.g. Kerimäki Church or Olavinlinna
• Boat trips to the surroundings of Savonlinna, we have a boat that we can use to look for the specialty of Saimaa, i.e. Saimaa Ringed Seal.

What else is included in my vacation?

We offer normal home cooking, breakfast, lunch and dinner, overnight stay either in the guest room of the house or in a beach hut (incl. towels and bed linen).

You can come with your own car. We can also pick you up from the train station, nearby stations (Retretti and Savonlinna) or Savonlinna airport and tailor your holiday program to your wishes.

How much is this?

Your holiday costs:

500,00 €/2 yötä/1 hlö ja 750,00 €/2 yötä/2 hlö.

Your vacation will be billed in full upon receipt of the reservation, payment period 14 days, reservations are binding. If you cancel your vacation 1-3 months before the reservation value, 50% of the reservation value will be returned, if you cancel your vacation 0-1 month before the reservation value, 0% will be returned.
